Hours of Work
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting recreation users and welcoming them to our facilities
- Answering phones and redirecting incoming calls when applicable
- Processing payment transactions and managing the till
- Fielding questions and providing helpful information to recreation users and internal staff members
- Registering participants in various programs and services
- Booking facility rentals
- Record keeping
- Light cleaning
Qualifications
- A positive and welcoming attitude
- Basic computer knowledge such as Word and Outlook
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset
- Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED is considered an asset
