Come out and play at any of our local parks! Our parks are full of amenities and play spaces for all seasons, ages, and interests. Explore our parks filled with trees, benches, picnic areas, sanitary stations, and seasonal washrooms. Most parks are connected to the Town’s Walking Trail.  


All-Wheel Park

The Barrhead All-Wheel Park offers an adrenaline-pumping playground for skateboarders, BMX riders, and scooter enthusiasts of all levels with a plaza style park and pump-track.

Cecile Martin Park

Two playgrounds, walking trails, benches & picnic areas, basketball courts, soccer field, seasonal skating rink and volleyball court, and a little tobogganing hill. Seasonal outdoor skating rink.

Lions Park

Playground featuring monkey bars, swings for all ages, and climbing frames with a small baseball diamond and a medium sized tobogganing hill.

Denthor Park

Playground with an expression swing (perfect for toddlers) and 2 different climbing frames. Also has a small baseball diamond.

Millennium Park

Soccer fields with a playground featuring a climber, benches, and picnic areas.

Rosemary Empey

Shady playground area with swing sets including toddler swings and climbers. Benches along the park and attached walking trail.

Splash Park (Closed for Season Sept 8/23)

Seasonal playground with water features, rubber flooring, and swings for all ages. Includes toilet facilities and covered picnic areas.

Triangle Park with Reflection Park

Small grassed park featuring Zen Garden (Reflection Park), picnic bench, and access to dog clean up station.

Seasonal playground with extensive climbing frames along with access to toilet facilities, benches, and picnic areas.

2024 rates: Each site is $30 per night. Self-registration on-site.

Yuill Park

Ornamental garden highlighting Japanese culture to honour our sister city of Tokoro Japan. Trees, benches, pagoda, and various statues for enjoyment.
