Barrhead Regional Fire Services is conducting a controlled burn May 5, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM along Highway 33 across from Rotary Park Campground. This burn is scheduled, but is weather permitting.
Smoke and flames may be visible in the area. This is a planned operation to reduce fire risk and support training for volunteer firefighters.
