Classes run Wednesdays from 12:05 PM to 12:50 PM, giving you the perfect opportunity to stretch, unwind, and recharge. The benefits of Gentle Yoga can include: Greater flexibility as well as improved range of motion of the joints, better balance, more body awareness, greater calm and ease of being.

CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING Yoga Class: Iyengar Yoga Join in on this NEW class! Iyengar yoga is unique. Learning the asana (poses) progressively and building on what has been taught in the previous classes, no two classes are the same. The asanas are also sequenced in a specific way in order to calm the mind and release stress. Iyengar yoga uses props like straps, wooden blocks, blankets and chairs to help the student develop and learn the asanas SAFELY as well as learn the correct alignment in the asana. Both beginners and more advanced students can participate in the same class.
