APRIL Yoga Class: GENTLE STRENGTH YOGA Join in on a brand new yoga & strength fusion class! Daily life activities require flexibility, strength and balance. Gently, through a variety of floor, seated and standing yoga poses, flexibility, strength and balance is nurtured. In addition, included in this series of classes, is light weight training (dumbbells 1-5lb) to further strengthen the body. The benefits of Gentle Strength Yoga can include: Greater flexibility, muscle tone and strength as well as improved range of motion of the joints, better balance, more body awareness, greater calm and ease of being.
