02-2026 | RESIDENTIAL TAX INCENTIVE BYLAW

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Barrhead will hold a Public Hearing in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c. M-26, as amended, to consider the following:
Passing a Residential New Build Tax Incentive Bylaw that provides municipal property tax incentives for new residential dwelling units constructed within the Town of Barrhead.

You may participate in the Public Hearing by submitting written feedback or with an oral presentation . If you wish to participate via electronic means, or wish to register to speak at the hearing, please contact Jenny Bruns at jbruns@barrhead.ca no later than 4:30 pm, Friday, February 20, 2026. If you register to participate electronically, a link will be sent to you via email prior to the meeting.
