SNOW REMOVAL BEGINS AT 3 AM ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12
Town crews will begin the first major snow-removal cycle of the season at 3:00 AM on Friday, December 12.
Crews will start with Priority Routes, which include Barrhead's downtown corridors and emergency-access roadways. These routes are identified on the attached Snow Removal Map and will be marked with signage on affected streets. Once Priority Routes are complete, crews will proceed to secondary and residential routes.

To support efficient operations, please keep the following in mind:
- Give operators ample room to work
- Move all vehicles off identified streets; vehicles left on the street will be ticketed.
- Temporary windrows may appear as graders pass; crews will return to address trouble spots as capacity allows.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to keep Barrhead's roadways safe and accessible throughout the winter. Updates will be provided as snow removal efforts progress.
