EMERGENCY WATER REPAIRS | DECEMBER 22
EMERGENCY WATER REPAIR EAST OF 45 STREET
A waterline break, on private property, is currently affecting the area East of 45 Street on Barrhead and District Social Housing property.
Town Public Works' crews are assisting BDSH to locate and isolate the leak. Further repair will be coordinated by the Housing Authority.
Public Works' crews are also working to minimize flooding and prevent ice formation on nearby roadways and sidewalks, including managing water runoff onto 45 Street and down 51 Avenue.
Resident Information:
- Residents of Klondike Place, Jubilee Manor, or Hillcrest are asked to contact Barrhead and District Social Housing at 780-674-2787
- Residents of Sierra Place Apartments should contact their building manager regarding water service.
If any other residents experience water service disruptions, please contact the Public Works Emergency Line at 780-674-2464.

- Potential water pressure fluctuations for nearby residents as water line pressure is reduced until work commences
