FAMILY DAY IN BARRHEAD
Join Us for a Day of Family Fun and Adventure at the Barrhead Family Day Event!
Mark your calendars! The Town of Barrhead is thrilled to host an unforgettable FREE Family Day Event on February 19th at the Barrhead Sportsgrounds (5607 49 St). It's a day full of excitement, bonding, and delightful discoveries from 12:30 to 3:30 pm.
LOCATION
Barrhead Recreation Grounds (5607 49 St) - Agrena, Regional Aquatic Centre, Charles Godberson Rotary Room, outdoor skating rink, and baseball diamonds.
We've crafted a unique experience for your family with our special "Passport to Fun" adventure! Each family will receive a passport that guides you through a series of engaging and creative activities meant to help you connect as a family as you work together on each challenge.
11 STATIONS OF FUN ACTIVITIES
We have 11 different stations to keep you entertained and connected including:
- Build a Snowman
- Snap That Shot
- Target Practice
- Put the Phone Down
- And several more - we're not going to give it all away! Join us to be surprised.
Collect stamps at each activity station to complete your passport. Once your passport is full of stamps, it becomes your ticket to win one of two fabulous baskets filled with family games and sweet treats!
This event is not just about fun; it's about creating lasting memories with your loved ones. Bond over activities, laugh together, and enjoy a day of family closeness.
TWOONIE SWIM
Jump in with family and friends for an entire day of Twoonie fun! From 12 - 4 pm, the Barrhead Regional Aquatics Centre pool and all its amenities is open for $2 admission per person.
