IMPORTANT NOTICE: CANADA POST STRIKE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, any bills mailed by the Town of Barrhead will not be delivered until the strike is resolved, and delays are expected even after the strike ends due to backlog. Please note that account due dates remain in effect, and penalties will apply to overdue accounts.

Avoid delivery delays now and in the future by signing up for paperless billing. Receive your Town Utility bills and Tax notices electronically through our automated system. Click here to sign up now, or call our office at 780-674-3301 to register.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they remain up-to-date on their account balances. If you have not received your bill or need assistance, please contact us for your account details.
To avoid late payments, please use one of the following payment options:
1. Online Payments | Pay through your financial institution's online banking. |
2. Phone Payments | Pay through your financial institution's telephone banking. |
3. At your Financial Institution | Payments can be made at a teller or bank machine directly through your bank. |
4. In-Person Payments | Visit the Town Office at 5014 50 Street, Barrhead, during office hours. |
