FULL BODY BURN is BACK for APRIL! Continually challenge, and transform your body in this combination, full body, strength and conditioning class.

MAY Yoga Class: GENTLE STRENGTH YOGA

Join in on this yoga & strength fusion class!

Daily life activities require flexibility, strength and balance. Gently, through a variety of floor, seated and standing yoga poses, flexibility, strength and balance is nurtured. In addition, included in this series of classes, is light weight training (dumbbells 1-5lb) to further strengthen the body. 

The benefits of Gentle Strength Yoga can include: Greater flexibility, muscle tone and strength as well as improved range of motion of the joints, better balance, more body awareness, greater calm and ease of being.

  • Time: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
  • Location: Charles Godberson Rotary Room
  • Cost: $50 + GST

SILVER STRONG is BACK for APRIL! Geared towards our 55+ Community, this total body workout for the active aging focuses on improving strength, balance, stability and flexibility. Research has shown that functional fitness can slow the physiological aging clock with many health benefits  

  • 5 classes
  • Fridays May 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31
  • Time: 10:45 am - 11:30 am
  • Location: Upstairs Boardroom
  • Cost: $50 + GST
